Quick fixes

• Sign-in & account: Check your sign-in status and how to delete your account at Manage account.
• Chat errors: Check your network, then try again in the same chat. If it keeps happening, tell us when it happened and the error message shown on screen.
• Harmful content: Use the report feature on that message. Don’t put passwords or payment details in the report note.
• V & payments: Check the order status on the Top up V page, and don’t keep retrying a payment that may be duplicated.

Safety or privacy requests

If someone is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first. Requests to access, delete, or otherwise process personal information are handled through the official contact email, along with identity verification.
